My Days!!!!

Come and meet me- I am your YESTERDAY. Long was the day, and long was the way. Forget me not,b'coz I was your Day. Come and meet me- I am your TODAY. I stand in your doorway, knock! And I will show you the way. Do what you can to make it gay. For all too soon, It will go away. Come and meet me- I am your TOMORROW. I'm a bit broad and narrow, But when you find my sight I am the one who brings A ray of light............
A man is lucky to be the first love of a woman. A woman is lucky to be the last love of a man. -Charles Dickens What an exact statement!!!!!

Few toasts to my friends

I would like to raise toasts to few people!!!! It was my friend’s birthday yesterday and after many years of messing the plans, I made it this time. Every year her birthday plans will go on hay fire and this time unexpectedly it went on well. Happy Birthday Vishnu Priya !!!! My friends Jagadish and Barath are going to their respective offices from this Monday. No more leisure and sleepy days for those busy bees. Cheers to both of them!!!! All the Best for the future Jagadish and Barath. It was Barath’s treat yesterday and his meticulous plans worked out very well. We really enjoyed the day and food. It was after long time we had a chance to be together. Thanks Barath.

10 things I hate the most.

Barath wrote about 10 things he hates the most and wanted me to follow the suit. So here comes that list. Hate being compared with someone else on what ever grounds it may be. Prepare for something at the last moment. See someone crying. Inattentiveness from my friends to my requests. Waking me up early on Sundays. People without guts. Being cheated. Compelling me to do something that I am least interested about. Football-the most unruly game. Laziness.

Kerala Trip

Day 1: Started off by 4:00 AM in the morning and reached Guruvayoor by 7:30 PM. We took many breaks to reduce the stiffness and for lunch, tea. Driving through Kerala was the most difficult part as the drivers there were rash. We were in a dilemma about the trip as it was raining heavily in Kerala but to our luck there was no rain and so driving through small lanes of Kerala was not a problem Day 2: Guruvayoor was less crowded and had darshan twice. Started from there to native- Chelakara [Trissur] by 3:00 PM and the drive were wonderful with lush green forests on both sides and winding roads. Reached relative’s place and had hot tea and walked around 4 kms to my ancestral home. Quite a dilapidated place! Full of rubber trees and weeds! A gardener would have to toil hard to make that place livable. The walk was through thotu varambu [A walkway on the banks of rivulet] I really enjoyed the walk. Mom got sentimental and she was showing me the ground and places she spent her summer vacat...

Excited!!!!! :)

I am totally excited about the Kerala trip. Stop! Why should I be??? This is not the first time I am going to Kerala? The reason is I have been planning this trip for past 3 years and every time I make arrangements and my exams will be right on that date. So this time no exams can spoil my trip. Wait; there is another reason for being excited. This time the traveling mode is also different. We [My uncle & me] decided to get to Kerala in car. So this is going to be my first long drive. [Longest drive] Mom also has planned to visit our family deity temple. It’s considered to be too old and I have never visited that temple. But the news report about heavy rain in Kerala is making things difficult for us. May be we complete the trip successfully….. Phir milenge break ke badh.
