Here I am.......back Home!!!!

From the whole lot of interesting moments in ILP @ Coimbatore, the first one is a poem written by my friend called Harmeet Singh Saroya from our batch.

Lived in C 35.......

The first day here, those unknown faces,
Faces were blank, without any traces.

The place was T1 and room number one,
History was written, our fate begun.

With Jeeva in class and we all in front,
Had software engineering, with old currents.

Days went well, nights became short,
Projects at hands and teams were formed.

Now I have a team and the number is two,
Rest four are gems, but except me.

With slow progress, those sleepless nights,
Working on projects, those conclusive fights.

Study in day, parties at night,
Celebrating b'days, with true delight.

Days are gone, those nights are gone,
Conflicts in team, those fights are gone.

Just a few more hours and we depart,
To chase our fortune with ways apart.

But please don't cry and don't say bye,
Enjoy the moments, don't let them dry.

Collect the memories and cherish them all your life,
Days you lived in your batches and I lived in C-35.

Time for friends!!!!

Probably we would have read this as a forward or deleted it without reading. But now.. Lets take time to read it. One day a teacher asked her students to list the names of the other students in the room on two sheets of paper, leaving a space between each name. Then she told them to think of the nicest thing they could say about each of their classmates and write it down. It took the remainder of the class period to finish their assignment, and as the students left the room, each one handed in the papers. That Saturday, the teacher wrote down the name of each student on a separate sheet of paper, and listed what everyone else had said about that individual. Malayalam-too tough

Aahaaaa…..Finally got something to post about. Was suffering from writer’s block... he.. hee.he. Spent a few days at my granny’s place with net access denied and got back home just this weekend. Now when I am back to blogsville something has taken back my writing skills. Thought too much about what to post and my mom could see a smoke coming through my ears. Now getting back to topic. Since I had no special work to carry on I was ransacking my shelves to find some good old books to read. My hands fell on a book and it was my Malayalam book. When my exams got over I was bent on making mom help me learn Malayalam. That turned out to be a disaster. Though I am a malayalee, being born and brought up in Chennai is the only reason I can’t read and write my mother tongue. That’s a shame. I wanted to learn before I reach trivandrum for my training at TCS.
