A start towards politics…..

As far as we have heard, youngsters with political background were the only so-called-youth expected in politics. It has been a very famous group discussion topic “Youth in politics “. But now it may be time to put youth in politics. A party made of youngsters and filled with their energy-LokParitran party.

Heard of this name??? Yeah …This name at present appears in all channels, messages and papers. The IIT’ians has come forward to bring educated people into politics. The party is contesting in many places in Chennai at Assembly polls including Chepauk where the LokParitran contestant is taking on DMK chief. The party at present works with 200 volunteers and 750 members almost half of them from IT industries and students. The party national president Tanmay believes there is non-zero probability to win the elections. With just 2 parties in Chennai and public disinterested with both of them ,a third party which can prove itself worthy will certainly have a great future.

But there are many doubts in the mind of public that is when it comes to experience and techniques these party men lack information. Their promises are simple like-good goverence, transparency, accessibility and freedom from corruption, but compared to rice at Rs.2/-, free gas stove when it comes to general public the former promises sounds useless. The party made of in-experienced youths need lots of convincing and valid points to save their deposit. But still any one contestant’s victory will bring in a huge chance of improvement in the party’s public image. But anyway it was their party ideology that attracts me.

Let’s hope that these young bloods in politics do bring in a change in the political system and ALL THE BEST for them.
